USHER'S MINISTRY

Welcome and guide visitors/members to their designated seats. Prepare the House of God for worship while maintaining a hospitable manner of order during service. The ushers hand out bulletins, envelopes, fans, tissues, direct the offering or escort visitors to the pulpit and assist mothers with unhappy children and being alert to the needs of the pastor during the worship experience.

Psalms 84:10 states, “For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.”
